For the times in life when you require more personalised support or more time in our care. Our packages allow you to experience an innovative blend of our signature treatments, techniques and  healing.

 

Please note:   
All clients, all bookings, are required to fill in our latest Pre-Treatment Form, prior to their treatment, prior to arrival, to maximise their treatment time with us.  We may request authorisation from your doctor for certain treatments. Your wellbeing is our primary concern.  Dressing and undressing are included in the treatment time.  *A patch test can be organised 3 days prior to your treatment.

Venustus Vouchers Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.  Vouchers are redeemed at the monetary value paid, not for a fixed treatment.  If treatment prices change during this period, the current price list applies, and the voucher value will be deducted from the total.  Can be redeemed for any treatment, ritual, or product available at Venustus.• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, in accordance with NSW regulations.

All appointments are pre-paid, prompts will ask voucher code/cc.  If you wish to cancel there is a 24hr cancellation policy.  If you do not cancel/do not show there is a 25% cancellation fee.  The voucher is valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.  Venustus is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replcing a voucher that has been lost/stolen.  This voucher is not valid with any other ofer and/or special at Venustus.  This voucher must be used by one person any remaining kept on file expiry 3yrs
