In accordance with the NSW Government regulations and its Roadmap for easing Covid 19 restrictions, with effect from 11 October 2021, all clients entering the premises are required to:
(1) check in with the QR code through the Service NSW app and
(2) provide proof of double vaccination for Covid-19 (in the form of the Australian Government Covid 19 Digital Certificate or have a printed copy available to us) unless valid proof of medical exemption is provided, before we can treat you.
Clients will also need to wear a mask when outside a treatment room.
Please do not attend if you are currently a close contact or have had COVID and have not been medically cleared by NSW health. We may ask to sight proof of clearance.
