Every Mastery massage is individually composed.  Your therapist continually observes how your body responds, selecting the techniques that will best support release, movement and restoration.  Depending on your individual needs, your treatment may incorporate Theragun Prime by Therabody, our Venustus Slow Muscle Releasing Techniques, fascial release and lengthening, precision fascia tools, Japanese Shiatsu pressure point therapy, heated Lithos hot rocks, lymphatic techniques, breathwork, energy balancing and other refined techniques developed through more than four decades of practice.

Rather than focusing on one system alone, we consider the interconnected relationship between muscles, fascia, joints, movement, circulation, lymphatic flow and the nervous system.  Every technique is selected with purpose, allowing your therapist to continually adapt the treatment as your body responds.  Nothing is performed by routine.
