This slow facial invites you to arrive, to truly be here.   We begin with intentional breathwork, silently guiding your energy down into the base of your being, the soles of your feet, massaged and wrapped in hot towels.  A silent intention is set, that you are able to move through your journey in this life, feeling grounded.  A double cleanse slows down in rhythmic movements, enzyme peel gently removes all dead cells.  Facial vapour steam with exfoliation and brush machine create together a warm exfoliation.  Warm facial serums for you face, décolletage, neck and upper back, integrating deep pressure and trigger points, inviting your nervous system to rest.  As the final mask is applied, a silent intention is set, that you will move through your life journey feeling grounded, strong and connected to Mother Earth.
